Upon approval of the proposed itinerary or services by the client, a written confirmation must be submitted to HRM Holidays, please note that otherwise stated, availability and pricing is subject to change until written confirmation from the suppliers is received by HRM Holidays.
In the event that the original program is not available at the time of booking, HRM Holidays would endeavor to maintain the same standard, order, pricing and quality of the hotels originally proposed, but the same cannot be guaranteed until the services are confirmed.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of HRM Holidays
In all matters related to cancellation of policy, the customer is bound by the following terms and conditions of the cancellation policy and expected to adhere to the rules and regulations mentioned therein. The amount of package value to be borne by the client can rely upon the cancellation stages, which depends on the number of days before the departure date.
Ø After confirmation of holiday packages, the traveller can cancel their booking as per the terms and conditions of the HRM Holidays.
Ø Cancellation charges also will be applied for any further services availed as well as extra night accommodations etc. prior to, during, and after the tour.
Ø for cancellations in the tour/Holiday package bookings, HRM Holidays will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.
Ø In the event of any natural calamity/disaster or unprecedented political unrest, if any changes got to be worn out the vacation packages, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.
Ø HRM Holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel travel arrangements at any point of time.
CANCELLATION MADE 45 DAYS OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Ø In cases where cancellation is made 45 days or more days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 25% of the package cost which will be considered as a cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION MADE 22 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Ø In cases where cancellation is made 22 to 30 days prior to departure, the customer will have to incur 50% of the package cost as a cancellation fees
CANCELLATION MADE 16 TO 29 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Ø In cases where cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to departure date, the customer will have to bear 75% of the total package cost as a cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION MADE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Ø In cases where cancellation is made 15 days before departure, the client can got to bear 100% of the package price which he will have to bear as a cancellation fees.
FOR CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO FLIGHT TICKETS
Ø It should be remembered that HRM Holidays is not chargeable for the cancellation of flight tickets, because the policies close them are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Any service booked by the customer of a non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation stage, following which the customer will have to incur the full costs of the cancellation.
Ø For any cancellations in flight bookings, HRM Holidays will follow the terms and conditions of respective flights.
Ø In case of Cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be non-refundable, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The HRM Holidays shall not be held responsible for any extra cost or any fees relating to the issuance/cancellation of air tickets or any other arrangements not done through the company.
Ø As the services are booked several months before in advance, cancellation of such services results in the Company losing money is depending upon the time of cancellation provided by the Supplier. Hence, any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation policy specified.
Ø Cancellation of tours services should be in writing and clearly mentioning for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions.
Ø The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit/confirmation amount, in case of any cancellations. The cancellation charges shall apply no matter any reason for the cancellation of bookings. It is requested to understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the loss/damages that the HRM Holidays suffers on account of cancellation, and these loss/damages are ‘liquidated damages’ in legal context, which are payable without proof of actual damages. Clients agree not to dispute such cancellation charges, when you make any cancellation.

CANCELLATION IN CASE OF VISA REJECTION
Ø There shall be no refund in case of visa rejection
Ø If in case the customer is unable to travel on the tour booked, because of rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said customer has the option to postpone the tour to any other future date or transfer the tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fee/postponed charges for the tour transfer/postponed of the tour shall apply.
Ø In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI shall apply.
